a.k.a. Sergeant Zaaa
Hospitality Management grad (president’s honour roll, 4.2 GPA) with 20 years in the industry. She stretched dough beside Dean for three years — “you need to know how to make a beautiful canvas before you paint your picture” — and now competes alongside him with multiple top-20 finishes in Canada.
